Refund Policy

1. General principle

The training service is provided by the academy; cancellation and refund requests are submitted directly to it and decided under this policy. Once approved, the refund is executed through the payment gateway back to the original payment method.

2. Before the subscription period starts

If cancellation is requested before the subscription period begins (before the first due session), the amount paid is refunded in full, except payment-processing fees collected by the gateway, which are non-refundable.

3. After the subscription period starts

Once the period has started, the refund — full, partial, or pro-rata for the remainder — is at the academy's discretion, considering the circumstances and the sessions consumed; the academy may decline a refund when a substantial part of the period has been used.

4. Full-refund cases

The amount is refunded in full (including any fees) in two cases: the academy cancels the program or group before its period completes without an alternative the subscriber accepts, or an amount is charged due to a technical error without the enrollment being confirmed.

5. Processing time

After the academy approves a request, the refund is executed through the payment gateway and appears in the customer's account within 5 to 14 business days depending on the issuing bank.

6. Bank disputes (chargebacks)

Before filing a dispute with your bank, contact the academy first — most cases are resolved directly and faster. Disputes proven fraudulent or repeatedly filed without grounds may lead to account suspension, and the party at fault bears the dispute fees per payment-network rules.

7. Contact

Requests are submitted to the academy you enrolled with through its announced contact channels. This policy may be updated when needed; the "last updated" date above will change.
