Every level is its own programme
Foundation, beginner, intermediate and advanced, or any names you use. Each level has its age range, price, payment cycle and description, with its groups under it. Moving up a level is the coach's decision; the parent then enrols in the new programme.
Group places as many as the lane can take
You set each group's capacity, for example 6 swimmers with one coach. When it is full, enrolment closes on its own and it shows "Full"; when places run low, parents see "3 places left". You can run two groups at the same hour if you have two lanes and two coaches.
Girls' sessions and boys' sessions
Each programme has a gender (boys, girls or mixed) and a category (children, adults or all ages). The system refuses to enrol a boy in a girls' programme or a child in an adults' programme, so the mistake never reaches the pool. Groups for very young children can stay mixed if you wish.
Monthly, termly or a session pack
Each programme has its own cycle: a monthly subscription, a termly one, or a pack with a stated number of sessions (such as 8 sessions) valid for 90 days. One swim school management system handles all three.
Attendance and skill ratings from the coach's phone
The coach opens their phone and sees the groups, with today's groups marked, takes attendance with a tap, and rates each swimmer on skills they name themselves: floating, breathing, kicking, freestyle, from one to five stars.
Payment and renewal without chasing
Parents pay by mada, Apple Pay, card or Tamara, and the money goes straight to the academy's account. They receive a reminder email five days before the subscription ends and on the day it ends, on every package.
