Tennis and padel academy booking and management system: your place in the lesson, not an hour on the court

A booking and management system for tennis and padel academies that sell lessons: create adult and junior programmes, give each group as many places as the court can take, and players book their place and pay from their phone, with the money going to your academy's account with no middleman. Renting courts by the hour is not something it offers.

Tennis and padel academy booking and management system: a padel programme card with its groups and places left on a phone

What wears out a tennis or padel academy owner?

A padel court is enough for four players with a coach, so if one of them agrees to a fifth on WhatsApp, the lesson is spoiled for everyone. A player asks for a place and then pays late, leaving a quarter of the group empty for a week. And in the same notebook are adults paying for themselves, juniors whose parents pay for them, and private lessons at a different price. If your business is renting courts by the hour, that is not what Midmar offers.

How Midmar runs a racket sports academy

Tennis, padel, squash or badminton: the system handles your academy's lessons and subscriptions, and the court stays in your hands, run as you run it today:

Groups sized to the court's players

You choose each group's capacity: four for padel, or two or three for tennis, with one coach. When three places or fewer are left, visitors see "Only 2 left", and when it is full it shows "Full" and no new enrolment is accepted. Each group has its days and hours, and you can put the court number in its name: "Court 2 · Sunday and Tuesday".

Private or paired lessons

Make a group with one place and it becomes a private lesson, or two places and it becomes a paired lesson, each with its own price and payment cycle. The player books it from your academy's portal just as they book a place in a group of four.

Adults enrol themselves, juniors through their parents

An adult player opens their account and joins the adults' programme in their own name, and from the same account adds their children if they wish. The system does not accept a child in a programme for adults, or an adult in the juniors' programme.

Mixed, girls only or boys only

You set who each programme accepts: mixed for adult padel, for example, or girls only, or boys, and each programme has its age range. Any enrolment that does not meet these conditions is refused before it reaches the court.

A lesson pack or a monthly subscription

A pack with a stated number of lessons, such as 8 lessons, stays valid for 90 days from payment, and suits adults who don't commit to a full month. For juniors there is a monthly or termly subscription. The system does not reduce the pack's balance with each attendance, but the attendance record shows how many lessons the player attended.

The place goes to whoever pays

The player books their place and pays by mada, Apple Pay, card or Tamara, and Tabby is available if the academy asks for it. If 48 hours pass without payment, the place becomes available to others again. They receive a renewal reminder by email five days before their subscription ends, then on the day it ends.

How much does a tennis and padel academy management system cost?

A private lesson and a group of four are charged the same way: the basic package has no monthly subscription, SAR 6.90 including VAT on each successful payment, plus the payment gateway's fee by payment method. There is no fee per court or per coach.

Subscription Paid by The academy receives
Junior tennis: SAR 600 a month mada SAR 586.20
Junior girls' padel: 8-lesson pack for SAR 960 mada SAR 942.06

An adult player who buys a ten-lesson pack pays once, so the fixed fee is deducted once for all ten lessons.

Questions from tennis and padel academy owners

Does the system rent out courts by the hour?

No. Midmar is for the academy's lessons and subscriptions: programmes and groups with times and places. Booking the court itself, and renting it to people other than your students, stays outside the system.

Can I limit a padel group to four players only?

Yes. You set each group's capacity, down to one place for a private lesson. Once it is full, no further enrolment is accepted.

Does an adult player enrol themselves?

Yes. They create their account, book their place in the adults' programme and pay themselves, and from the same account add their children if they wish.

A player booked but didn't pay. Is the place lost?

No. The place stays provisionally held for them, then becomes available again after 48 hours if it is not paid.

Does it run tournaments or match players for games?

No. No draws, no match schedules and no level matching. The system is for enrolment, subscriptions and attendance within your academy.

What if a player changes their mind after paying?

If they cancel within 50 minutes of payment, the full amount is returned. After that they are entitled to a refund within 14 days, unless the academy set a shorter period. Refund Policy
