Each sport has its programmes
You create each sport's programmes by name: "Football · juniors", "Swimming · beginner", "Gymnastics · girls". Each programme has its age, category (children, adults or all ages), gender (boys, girls or mixed) and description, and the system refuses enrolments that don't match. Programmes appear on the portal in the order you create them, so create them sport by sport.
A price and payment cycle for each programme
Football monthly, karate termly, swimming a session pack, in the same club. Three cycles: monthly, termly, and a pack with a stated number of sessions valid for 90 days.
Places to fit the pitch, the pool and the hall, and one weekly timetable
Each group has its days, times and capacity: 20 on the football pitch, 6 in a swimming lane, 10 on the gymnastics mat. When a group is complete, enrolment in it stops. The portal's weekly timetable brings every sport's sessions together day by day, so parents pick what fits their family's day.
One family in more than one sport
One parent account to add the children: the son in football and swimming together, the daughter in gymnastics. Each subscription has its own payment and end date, and the parent gets a reminder email five days before each one ends and on the day it ends. Payment by mada, Apple Pay, card or Tamara, and Tabby on the club's request, with the amount going to the club's account with no intermediary.
Collecting late subscriptions
A coach for each sport, with their own account
You add the football coach, the swimming coach and the gymnastics coach, each with an account by phone number. On their phone they see the club's groups ordered by programme name, with today's groups marked, mark who attended, and rate the skills they name themselves. The attendance file shows who recorded each session.
One dashboard for the whole club
In the owner dashboard: active subscribers, those awaiting payment, those whose subscription ended, how full each group is by programme, and net income month by month. The subscriber list filters by programme, and every export file has a programme column. That is how a multi-activity sports club is run from one screen.
