Bank transfers you chase one by one, groups with more players than places, an attendance book lost between coaches, and parents whose children's subscription ended without anyone noticing. All of that is time taken from the pitch.
Set up your programmes the way you really run them: juniors, youth and adults. Each group has its age range, days, time and number of places. When a group is full, enrolment closes automatically, and a place that was booked but not paid becomes available again.
Parents pay by mada, Apple Pay, card or Tamara (and Tabby on the academy's request) through a payment gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank, and get confirmation instantly. The money goes straight to the academy's account, without passing through Midmar.
The coach opens their phone and sees the groups, with today's groups marked, takes attendance with a tap, and rates each player's skills with stars. No attendance books, no WhatsApp photos.
Your dashboard shows who has not renewed, and every Saturday you get an email listing subscriptions ending that week. Parents renew with one button from their account, and early renewal does not lose the remaining days. Parents receive a reminder email five days before the subscription ends, and another on the day it ends, with a renewal button.

One academy, with a monthly and a termly subscription, a full group that closes on its own, and a timetable covering the whole week.
The demo has a head coach, a juniors coach and a fitness coach; each with their own account, opens a group and takes its attendance.
The basic package is free: no monthly fee and no setup fee. SAR 6.90 including VAT is deducted from each successful payment only, plus the payment gateway's published fee. Failed or cancelled payments carry no fee.
