Payment gateway fees by payment method
Parents pay through a payment gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank, and the money goes straight to the academy's account. The gateway fee depends on the method:

How it is calculated: gateway fee = amount × rate + fixed amount, then 15% VAT is added to it. Net = amount − 6.90 − gateway fee with its VAT.

Instalment companies do not split the amount at the moment of payment, so Midmar's fee (6.90) is recorded as due from the academy and collected from the next mada or card payment, up to 20% of it, or the academy settles it from the dues page in its dashboard.
In short: the difference between methods is the gateway fee. Midmar's fee is fixed: SAR 6.90 in every case.

Total fees are 3.45% of what is collected. In a month with no payments collected, the cost is zero.
What happens to fees on a cancellation or refund?
