1. Definitions

• The platform: "Midmar", the technical system academy portals run on.
• The academy: the provider of the training or educational service.
• The subscriber: the account holder — the guardian when registering minors, or an adult trainee registering themselves.
• The participant: the person enrolled in the training program.

2. Nature of the service

The platform is a technical intermediary providing registration, online payment, notifications, and reports. The training-service contract is formed directly between the subscriber and the academy; the academy alone is responsible for delivering the training, its quality, the safety of its environment, its schedules, and the accuracy of its program descriptions and prices.

3. Payments never pass through the platform

Payments are executed through a payment gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank and settle directly to the academy — the platform never receives or holds subscribers' funds at any stage. A fixed, disclosed technical fee is split off per successful payment, and payment-processing fees may be added and are shown clearly before checkout.

4. Account & login

Login uses a Saudi mobile number and a one-time verification code. You are responsible for your device, your number, and everything done through your account, and you must provide accurate information. Minors are registered exclusively by their guardian.

5. Enrollment & seats

A seat is provisionally held at registration and confirmed by completing payment. An unpaid hold is released automatically after the system's deadline (currently 48 hours) and the seat becomes available again. Enrollment requires meeting the program's announced conditions (age range and others).

6. Renewal & expiry

You receive a reminder before expiry with a direct payment link. Renewing before expiry extends the subscription from its original end date so no days are lost; after expiry, the new subscription starts from the payment date. An unrenewed subscription expires and its seat is managed per the academy's policy.

7. Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation and refund requests follow the published Refund Policy, which is an integral part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

Using the service for any unlawful purpose, impersonation, entering misleading data, or attempting to bypass technical controls is prohibited. Violating accounts may be suspended or terminated, with all legal rights reserved.

9. Platform liability limits

The platform is provided with reasonable availability, without guaranteeing zero interruption or technical error, and is operated and secured with professional care. The platform bears no responsibility for the training service itself or for the direct relationship between subscriber and academy.

10. Personal data

Data processing is governed by the published Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated when needed; the "last updated" date above will change, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
