Why does attendance get lost in notebooks and group photos?
A notebook stays with one coach, and a photo of the register sits in a chat nobody searches. Then the owner asks, "How many times did he attend this month?" and gets no quick answer.
How does the coach take a group's attendance from their phone? Three steps
Trainee attendance is taken in the phone's browser through the academy's link, with no app:
- They open "My groups" and see the academy's active groups ordered by programme, with a "Training today" mark on today's groups from the group's schedule.
- They open the group and the day's register appears with today's date, listing the group's active subscribers, with a box for attendance next to each name.
- They tap "Save attendance" and see "Attendance saved ✓". Those ticked are present; those without a tick are absent.
The register shows those with an active subscription, so nobody who hasn't completed payment is marked, and nobody who renewed disappears.

Forgot or made a mistake? Edit any past day
At the top of the register is a date field. The coach picks a past day and taps "Show the selected day", sees who was recorded present that day, adds or removes ticks and saves. The new save replaces that day's attendance entirely, so names are never duplicated.
Each register keeps the name of whoever recorded it, and it appears in the export file.
Rating young players' skills in stars
Next to each name in the register is a "Rate" button. The coach opens the player's page and rates them in a minute:
- Skills named by the coach: four ready skills appear (commitment and discipline, core skill, progress, teamwork), and the coach renames them to suit the sport, such as passing, floating or the serve.
- From one to five stars for each skill.
- An optional note where the coach writes what they noticed and what the player needs to work on.
Each rating is saved with its date and the coach's name in the academy's record, so you see the player's progress from one rating to the next in the export file.
Does the rating reach the parent?
Ratings are always saved for the academy, and they don't show to parents on the basic package. Progress reports for parents are a Growth package feature, coming soon.

What does the academy owner see?
The owner dashboard has two buttons: "Export attendance" and "Export ratings". You choose the period (from date to date; the last 12 months by default) and get a CSV file that opens in Excel. That is how player attendance software brings the record into one file.
- Attendance file: session date, subscriber's name, programme, group, and the coach who recorded it.
- Ratings file: rating date, subscriber, programme, group, coach, the skills with their stars, and the coach's note.
The owner and the manager see both files and can open the coach's screen and take attendance themselves. Attendance and ratings are the academy's data, seen only by its team.
How do you add coaches?
- From the "Team" page in your dashboard you add the coach by phone number and choose the role "Coach".
- If you enter their email, they get a link to complete their account, valid for seven days; if not, tell them yourself.
- The coach signs in from your academy's link and sees "My groups".
Questions about player attendance software
Does the coach need to download an app?
No. They open the academy's link in the phone's browser and sign in.
Is attendance taken by barcode or face recognition?
No. The coach ticks each name themselves, because they know their players, and that's faster on the pitch.
Does the parent see their child's attendance and rating?
Not on the basic package. Progress reports for parents are in the Growth package, coming soon.
Is it enough for several coaches and groups?
Yes. Unlimited programmes and groups, and an owner, manager and coaches on the basic package.
Can I try it before I start?
Yes. In the demo academy you enter as the coach, take a group's attendance and rate a player, without signing up.
