How do I receive my money?
It is transferred from the licensed payment gateway straight to your bank account; the platform never receives or holds your funds. Our flat fee is deducted automatically during each transaction and the rest is transferred to you in full.
What is the real cost of the system?
No monthly fees: only a published flat fee per successful payment, plus the payment gateway's published fees. No hidden fees and no minimums.
What do I need to start?
Just your phone number and your programs with their prices to launch your portal today. To activate payments, register with the payment gateway using the required documents (a commercial registration or a freelance certificate).
Is the portal under my name or yours?
Yours: your logo, colours and academy name are on it, and parents deal with your academy directly.
How do parents register and pay?
They open the academy's link, pick the right program and group, enter the child's details, complete the payment from their phone, and receive an instant WhatsApp confirmation.

Can I use my own domain for my academy?
Yes. Every academy gets a subdomain of Midmar at no extra cost. If you want a Saudi domain in your academy's own name, it is linked to your portal for a separate yearly fee of SAR 100, stated clearly before you order.
